Calling all home educating families — come and get your hands in the soil with us!

Join The Wild Village Project at Roots Allotments in Leigh Woods for a free introductory session to explore the possibility of building something special together in 2026: a monthly community-growing group designed for home ed families who want more connection, more nature, and more hands-on learning.

This taster session is designed to:

🌾 Introduce the allotment space at Roots Leigh Woods

🧤 Offer fun, seasonal jobs for kids of all ages

🌻 Create space for adults to learn and share knowledge about growing

💬 Spark conversations with like-minded parents about forming a regular growing community

Whether you’re already growing, completely new to it, or just craving more community — this space is for you.

We believe in learning by doing, side-by-side with our kids. These sessions will evolve into monthly workshops next year, with regular patch access and community meet-ups in between.

Please note:

• Each free ticket includes 1 adult and up to 2 children

• If you are bringing more than 2 children, please book an additional ticket

• Sessions are designed for active participation and family engagement

• Further workshop details will be shared closer to the event
