Wild Village Events – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting The Wild Village Project. Please read the following Terms & Conditions before booking an event. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to the following:

1. Supervision & Liability Disclaimer

Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times during Wild Village events. While we strive to create a safe and enjoyable experience, The Wild Village Project, its organisers, and partner venues are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal belongings.

2. Photography & Media

We may take photographs or videos during events for social media or promotional purposes. If you or your child prefer not to be included in media, please let us know on the day and we will absolutely respect your wishes.

3. Food & Allergy Disclaimer

Food may be provided during events. Please inform us of any allergies when booking. However, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments or avoid cross-contamination.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If an event is cancelled by us (e.g., due to low ticket sales or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event. If you need to cancel your booking, tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another upcoming event if you notify us at least 7 days before the event date. Tickets can also be gifted or resold — please let us know the attendee’s name in advance.

5. Minimum Ticket Sales

Events may be subject to cancellation if minimum ticket numbers are not reached. We will notify you as early as possible if this occurs and offer a refund or transfer option.

6. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and attending a Wild Village event, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and accept full responsibility for your family’s safety, behaviour, and well-being during the event.
